Když oddlužení povolí, přidělí vám . Ten vás provede dalšími kroky a vyptá se na detaily. Vaši musí do 2 měsíců přihlásit svoje . Když splníte všechny podmínky, soud vám oddlužení schválí.

Plníte podmínky

Většinou po dobu 3 let platíte měsíční splátky a k tomu správce prodá některý váš majetek. Někdo splní podmínky i dříve.

Když řádně splníte všechny podmínky, soud vás osvobodí od zbývajících dluhů. Tím je obvykle vaše oddlužení ukončené a můžete začít znovu!
